At Spidasensefitness, our mission is to help women lose weight sustainably and feel empowered through expert coaching, accountability, and community support. Our programs are designed to create real transformation — but that requires commitment.

💡 Please Read Carefully Before Enrolling

Due to the intensive nature of our coaching, the digital resources provided, and the limited spots available, all sales are final and non-refundable.

❌ No Refunds or Cancellations

When you enroll, you gain immediate access to proprietary materials, coaching systems,
and your spot in the program is reserved — which cannot be filled by someone else.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds for:

Lack of participation or missed calls
Scheduling conflicts or changes in personal circumstances
Not achieving results due to lack of follow-through

We are here to support you, but results depend on your effort and consistency.

We’re deeply invested in your progress. If within the first 14 days you’ve actively participated but feel the program isn’t a fit, email us at spidasensefitness@gmail.com, message me on instagram @spidasensefitness, or you can text me since you will have my phone number. We'll work with you to support your goals and ensure you’re getting the most from the program.

💳 Payment Plans

If you’re on a payment plan, you are legally and contractually responsible for completing all payments, regardless of program completion or perceived outcomes. Non-payment may result in loss of access and collections proceedings.

⚖️ Chargebacks & Dispute Policy

We ask that you contact us directly with any concerns — initiating a chargeback violates our policy and may result in removal from the program. All chargebacks will be contested with full documentation of enrollment, coaching access, and agreement to this policy.
